Here is a mystery for the ages. Who exactly tosses their shoes up onto phone wires and why? Also why is it they usually seem to be nicer shoes in pretty good shape. I could see tossing up a totally thrashed pair that charities won’t take just to get rid of them in a goofy way but a new pair of sneakers. If you do this get the shirt and explain yourself. Even if the aliens you are communicating with via shoe told you not to, well explain yourself anyway.
